1. How long has Draco Hygienic Products Inc. been in business?

We established Draco Hygienic Products Inc. in 1995 and have been serving our customers with quality restroom products ever since. We are also a proud minority and woman owned business.

2. Where are Draco dispensers manufactured?

Draco dispensing systems are made in two countries. We dedicate all electronic dispensers to our factory in Taipei, Taiwan. To be competitive in pricing, we established a factory in Shenzhen, China for all mechanical dispensers.

3. Are there warranties on the dispensers? What is the warranty period?

We provide a One Year warranty from the date of the original invoice. If there are any problems, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. If we can't troubleshoot the problem, we will gladly replace the unit.

4. Can Draco make a custom private label dispensing system for me?

You have come to the right place for custom and private label dispensers. With your specifications and our expertise, we can manufacture a proprietary dispensing system that no one else in the market can provide. We have a great history of building custom dispensing systems for major branded companies.

5. What is the lead time for large quantities and special order items?

At Draco we do our best to keep stock of all our dispensers, but for large quantities or special orders we will need to order directly from the factory. The lead time for those orders is 8–12 weeks from the time you submit a PO. For full container load inquiries, please contact us.

6. Where does my product ship from and what shipping services does Draco use?

Products ship from our warehouse at 4655 Brooks Street, Montclair, California 91763. We use FedEx for reliable tracking or freight trucking for interstate deliveries.

7. Does Draco sell directly to end users?

Draco Hygienic Products Inc. is a wholesale company and does not sell to the general public.

8. Does Draco sell dispensers outside of the United States?

Draco sells dispensers throughout the world. We have customers from Canada down to South America. Europe and Asia customers are served by our flagship company in Taipei, Taiwan.

9. Do you have any new products this year?

Draco always has new innovations. Give us a call at our office or come visit us at the ISSA Show each year to see our latest products.

10. Why do you reply to email so fast?

1. User's Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Terms

Draco Hygienic Products Inc. ("Us" or "We") provides the www.draco.com site and various related services (collectively, the "site") to you, the user, subject to your compliance with all the terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced herein (the "Terms of Use"), as well as any other written agreement between us and you.

These Terms of Use are effective as of 1/23/12. We expressly reserve the right to change these Terms of Use from time to time without notice to you. Your continued use of this site after such modifications will constitute acknowledgement of the modified Terms of Use and agreement to abide and be bound by the modified Terms of Use.

We make various services available on this site including, but not limited to, information about Draco Hygienic Products' OEM manufacturing of towel, soap, and air fresh dispensers for the Away-From-Home market. We are a wholesale company and do not sell to the general public.

We reserve the sole right to either modify or discontinue the site, including any features, at any time with or without notice to you.

3. Conduct on Site

Your use of the site is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. You agree that you will not upload, share, post, or otherwise distribute content that:
